1/2 | lb. | ground beef, shaped into 2 patties | |

2 | cups | packed spinach leaves | |
|
|||
4 | green onions, sliced | ||

|||
2 | tablespoons | water | |
|
|||
2 | tomato slices | ||
|
|||
2 | toasted hamburger buns | ||
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | feta cheese, crumbled | |
|
|||
salt to taste | |||
|
|||
pepper to taste | |||
|
Mix spinach, onions and water in medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute or until spinach is wilted.
Grill the burgers to desired doneness. Place tomatoes and burgers on bottom half of buns; top with spinach mixture and Feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
